Gracia working closely with squad in training

The coach is using dialogue and instructions to mold the Valencia CF first team group

The first week of training after the summer break has seen Valencia CF players put through their paces with fitness and ball work, as they set about preparing themselves for the 2020/21 season.

It has also been the first week working alongside Javi Gracia, who has been following the training sessions closely and providing advice and instructions along the way.

The intention is to connect with the players, get to know them and establish a dialogue -as well as putting in place the demands that lie ahead. The first days together have been positive, as he and his staff have already built a rapport with the squad.
